Today's fabulous Embellished Stencil is this elegant Powder Room created by Nancy Schnell of FairyDust Creations. The walls and ceiling were done using three colors of Lusterstone and Shimmer Suede. The Shimmered Suede was used for the first two layers, Lusterstone for top two layers.
Nancy reports that 2 years later, in a home with four children, this Powder Room has held up nicely.
Nancy used modellos from Melanie Royals' Modello™ Designs. Plaster was troweled through the Modello, then crushed and whole crystal beads were added to stenciled areas.
Note: This was a difficult room to photograph due the the small size and lighting. In this photo, if you look closely, you will see a that the stencil does repeat in a random placement.
