As we’ve seen before, you can etch a design in a window using a stencil and etching cream, but did you know that there are also spray paints available to create a frosted glass finish? Krylon and Rustoleum each make one. For today and Friday, I’ve gathered together some great blog finds which demonstrate use of these products on glass doors, windows, and mirrors.
This entertainment center, from Breaking Down the Big, Beige Box, now tastefully hides a collection of DVDs and other items behind its stenciled glass doors.
Monica, of Crafty Nest, used contact paper and frosted glass spray to stencil the glass doors of this cupboard.
Lisa, from Recaptured Charm. used reverse stenciling (or masks), to create this charming Coffee window.

October 20, 2012 at 4:40 pmTerry, I’m not sure if it can be sealed. I tried researching the topic online but did not find any clear answers. I would contact the manufacturer for their input before using the product on something you need to be able to clean.
