The Stencil Library recently released this fabulous new Ostrich stencil design. Helen shows it in these three incredible colorways on her Design Inspiration blog. All I can say is, how fun! These next three great designs are from Cutting Edge Stencils. The clean, graphic look shown is easily achieved by using a roller stenciling technique and keeping the colors sharp and simple. An opportunity to work with a client who loves a bird and flower theme throughout her home, took me on a journey to explore what interesting bird stencils are currently available. Once my research began, I was amazed to see that beautiful and creative options abound for us to work our magic! Today’s post will focus on allover repeat designs. I've gathered some of my favorites together for today's post and will be sharing a few others through Twitter, Facebook, and Pinterest this week. Continuing the stenciled burlap theme we began with our Table Runners & Placemats post, here is a selection of burlap pillows, each of them embellished with stenciling of some kind. Kelsey of Tattered and Inked stenciled this burlap pillow using Valspar Espresso spray paint and a placemat as her stencil. I'm seeing a lot of burlap being used in decorating lately, much of it stenciled. And while I won't be curling up next to a burlap pillow anytime soon (I'm definitely with decorator Ronda Ringo on that point!), I have found a number of creative stenciled burlap projects that I can't wait to share with you.
