Spring is my happy time. I love everything about it — the weather, the crocuses, the color of the grass and trees, even the rain, and especially Easter. Searching through blogs looking for Easter projects has me anxious to get creative with my hands again. I’ve been so busy with work and family, that I haven’t found time lately to paint, but I intend to remedy that very soon.

Abbie Park believes we learn though doing and making with our hands, and she strives to create something every day. She shares her creativity via her blog, Abbie Living. Two of her recent projects feature tshirts for her little ones, stenciled with sweet hatching chicks and baby bunnies. She provides a detailed freezer paper stenciling tutorial, as well as free downloads for the stencils she created.

Freezer paper stenciling is a quick and easy technique, so there’s still time to get a few of these shirts made before Easter. Happy stenciling!
Thank you so much for your wonderful feature post! You are too kind. The next time I put together another stencil tutorial I’ll be sure to slip you a note. :) You have quite an extensive site here! Keep up the wonderful work.
Please do Abbie, and thanks for sharing your adorable stencils!
