As we saw in our previous stenciled pumpkin post, doilies can make great stencils. Since then I’ve done some research and found a number of creative examples where both where doilies and lace were used for stenciling, and this week I’ll be sharing them with you. For today, here are a few blog finds with stenciled clothing:
Reverse stenciling with bleach
From Cut Out + Keep comes this transformation of a black shirt that had been ruined by a few drops of bleach.
Lacy Shirt
From Grace Violet, another shirt makeover. This time a paper doily is used to add a collar to an otherwise plain shirt.
DIY Gold Painted Jeans
From Honestly… WTF, here’s a pair of blue jeans embellished with doily stencils and gold fabric paint.
