The Frankenstein tshirt pictured was stenciled with bleach using a design from Stencil1. Wouldn't this be perfect for Halloween? Take a look at their instructions for stenciling with bleach before you tackle your own project. Their site also contains video clips showing Martha Stewart using Stencil1 designs to create TShirts with both bleach and paint.
