I have stenciled a faux headboard a couple of times and the freezer paper I put the design on is not lasting well to be able to continue using it. Where can I get large sheets of stencil plastic say 40" X 33"? Are there places that will cut a large design into the plastic for me?

You can buy the good mylar from differant places. PJ sells plastic, http://www.pjstencils.com/  .   and  Anythingbutplain.com sells mylar.
Quite a few companies will cut your designs for you but remember that you will be also paying a design fee for those.
